  • Oversees daily store operations and serves as shift leader, ensuring workflow runs smoothly and team members are supported. Maintains organization, assists customers, and helps uphold ANEWAY’s inclusive and welcoming environment.

  • Position Summary

    ANEWAY for Purpose is seeking a creative, organized Part-Time Graphic Designer to support visual branding, merchandise design, marketing materials, product photography, and in-store graphics across our inclusive family of social enterprises. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the visual foundation of our brands while ensuring new products, campaigns, events, and social media initiatives are supported with cohesive, high-quality design.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand & Visual Identity

    • Maintain consistent visual branding across all ANEWAY entities

    • Use Canva Brand Kits to ensure alignment in fonts, colors, layouts, and templates

    • Ensure cohesion across website, digital, print, social media, and in-store materials

    Product & Merchandise Design

    • Design Goober mascot collections, themed product drops, and seasonal merchandise

    • Create product graphics, apparel designs, and packaging visuals

    • Take and edit product photography for website and marketing use

    • Upload and organize product listings on the website

    • Ensure collections are fully live and ready before promotion

    • Create custom designs for Print On State customers as needed

    Social Media Collaboration

    • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to align graphics with launch timelines

    • Provide website-ready graphics, product images, and visual assets for posts and reels

    • Ensure social campaigns reflect current collections, promotions, and events

    • Assist in brainstorming visual concepts for product drops and marketing initiatives

    In-Store Visuals & Marketing Materials

    • Design signage, posters, flyers, workshop graphics, and promotional materials

    • Create seasonal display graphics and align store visuals with current campaigns

    • Update and revise brand materials as requested

    • Support events, fundraising initiatives, and special projects

    Monthly Priorities

    • Prepare graphics, photography, and assets for upcoming product launches or seasonal collections

    • Keep website visuals, banners, and product organization current

    • Refresh in-store displays and signage to match campaigns and seasons

    • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure launch graphics and assets are delivered on schedule

    • Complete priority design requests from Aimee and leadership, including event graphics

    Qualifications

    • Graphic design experience with a strong portfolio

    • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

    • Experience with product photography and basic photo editing

    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

    • Detail-oriented and committed to brand consistency

    Schedule & Location

    Part-time, flexible hours. Hybrid/remote with occasional on-site work in Media, PA as needed.

  • Role Overview

    Print On State seeks a hands-on Sales & Production Manager to help grow revenue and oversee day-to-day apparel and merchandise production. This role balances customer relationship management, quoting and order intake, proactive outreach, per-order store creation, and coordinating shop production to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, all within ANEWAY’s inclusive, mission-driven workplace.

    We are looking for someone who can think beyond individual orders and help strengthen systems, relationships, and long-term growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and manage orders

    • Conduct proactive outreach to local schools, nonprofits, and businesses

    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

    • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone

    • Create and manage pre-order online stores for team, school, and organization sales

    • Coordinate production schedules, workflow, and quality control

    • Support and guide shop staff in a supportive, inclusive environment

    • Track order progress, deadlines, and inventory needs

    • Help refine internal systems as Print On State grows

    Qualifications

    • Experience in sales, print/apparel production, or shop operations

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially professional email communication and client follow-up)

    • Ability to confidently reach out to prospective customers and nurture relationships

    • Experience creating and managing online stores (knowledge of Squarespace or similar website platforms preferred)

    • Familiarity with production management software such as Printavo (or similar systems) preferred

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is a plus

    • Strong organizational and project management skills

    • Comfortable leading in a hands-on production setting

    • Alignment with ANEWAY’s mission of meaningful employment and belonging
