Game On State
Meaningful Work + Inclusive Fun
Game On State is more than an arcade and candy shop — it’s a purpose-driven employment program that creates real jobs and inclusive opportunities for adults with disabilities in a welcoming, community-centered environment.
Located in downtown Media, PA, Game On State blends fun, community engagement, and meaningful work to help individuals build skills, confidence, and connection.
What Is Game On State?
At its heart, Game On State is a business that employs adults with disabilities using a supported and customized employment model.
Participants work alongside teammates and contribute to everyday operations — greeting visitors, helping guests enjoy the arcade, assisting at the candy counter, and participating in creative job-based activities that build real skills and workplace experience.
This approach demonstrates what inclusive employment looks like in real life — where individuals of all abilities can earn wages, gain confidence, and be valued as contributing members of the workforce.
Work That Matters
Every role at Game On State is designed with purpose:
Skill-building through day-to-day responsibilities
On-the-job support from trained staff and job coaches
Real wages and meaningful contribution
Opportunities for growth and community engagement
Participants are not “volunteers” — they are employees contributing to a vibrant workplace where abilities are recognized and valued.
